At Seeit.co, we maintain a safe and legal environment for all users. We enforce a strict 18+ policy for both content creators and consumers.

Creator Verification (Sellers)

Before any content can be uploaded or a single sale can be made, every creator must pass a rigorous identity check:

• Government-Issued ID: All creators must submit a valid passport, driver’s license, or national ID displaying a clear date of birth.
• Mandatory Minimum Age: Seeit.co does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to create, host, or monetize content under any circumstances.
• Biometric Liveness Check: Our third party KYC provider performs "Selfie Verification" to ensure the person submitting the ID is the same person in the document, preventing identity theft and deepfake fraud.
• Pre-Sale Approval: Verification is a prerequisite; sellers are blocked from publishing content until their age is confirmed by our KYC provider.

Buyer Verification (Consumers)

To protect minors and ensure compliance with regional laws, we implement several "friction points" during the purchasing process:

• Financial Age Gate: We only accept payment methods where the primary cardholder must be 18+. Prepaid cards or anonymous payment methods are restricted.
• Explicit 18+ Consent: Every transaction containing explicit content requires a mandatory checkbox confirmation where the buyer legally attests to being of legal age in their jurisdiction.
• Terms of Service Acceptance: Purchase access is granted only after a user has acknowledged our Terms, which explicitly prohibit the use of the platform by minors.

Regional Compliance: Seeit.co utilizes geo-fencing and localized verification protocols to meet the specific requirements of the UK Online Safety Act, US state-specific age laws, and EU regulations.
